Nick Cramp

The Chairman of MINDHEART Creative Therapies is an experienced business coach / N.E.D. with 30 years of experience working in and with businesses.

Nick has previously owned and operated his own SME’s before moving into business coaching and consultancy. Nick works directly with CEO’s and leadership teams to improve their strategic thinking and organisational leadership. In this capacity, he has worked with a range of organisations both across the U.K. and internationally in various capacities to support their growth and organisational development. Nick has an M.B.A. from Bath University and is the author of the book, 'Better before Bigger'. He also volunteers as Chair of Governors for a federation of local primary schools and is a business mentor with the Princes Trust.
